Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Park Recreation Manager to oversee the management of our park facilities and recreational spaces. You will be responsible for managing staff, coordinating community events, and ensuring that our parks are safe and clean for all visitors.

Responsibilities

• Lead community outreach initiatives to promote park programs.
• Develop partnerships with local organizations for sponsorships and support.
• Train staff on emergency procedures and first aid protocols.
• Ensure sustainability practices are integrated into park operations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Parks and Recreation Management or similar
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in managing recreational facilities
