Gun Club Manager

Job Description

As the Gun Club Manager, you will oversee all facets of club operations, ensuring a seamless experience for all members. You will manage staff, coordinate events, maintain the facilities, and promote a safe shooting environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the club's facilities, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance.
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Conduct safety training sessions for staff and members.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and safety organisations to maintain compliance.
• Develop promotional materials to enhance visibility in the community.
• Regularly review and update operational procedures to improve efficiency.
• Address member inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
• Ensure all safety protocols are in effect and followed diligently.
• Generate reports on club performance, events, and member feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate IV in Sports and Recreation
• Bachelor's degree in Management or related field is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years' experience managing a shooting range or similar facility
