Responsibilities

• Provide support to bereaved families during their time of grief.
• Prepare and maintain the service space for special ceremonies.
• Manage equipment and setup for memorial services.
• Assist with transportation and logistical arrangements.
• Ensure all necessary forms and documentation are completed accurately.
• Participate in the maintenance and upkeep of the funeral home.
• Address any concerns or requests from families promptly.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Support the emotional needs of families and guests.
• Comply with all regulatory requirements and operational protocols.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Funeral Services or similar qualification

Experience

• 1+ years of experience in a funeral home or related services.

Languages

• English: Fluent
