Dog Daycare Attendant

Job Description

As a Dog Daycare Attendant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and happiness of our canine guests. Your responsibilities will include supervising dogs, providing them with exercise and playtime, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all dogs are supervised to prevent any aggressive or disruptive behaviour.
• Help provide a nurturing and safe environment for dogs.
• Conduct regular health checks and notify management of any health concerns.
• Maintain daily cleaning and sanitation of play areas and equipment.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of dog behaviour.
• Support the implementation of enrichment activities to stimulate dogs mentally and physically.

Requirements

Education

• Completion of a Dog Care course is preferred
• Certificate III in Animal Care is ideal but not mandatory.

Experience

• Experience with animal care is highly regarded.
