Job Description

We are currently looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Xerox Machine Operator to join our team in Melbourne. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently operating Xerox machines to produce high-quality documents and ensuring that all printing tasks are completed smoothly. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the operational efficiency of printing processes while also addressing any issues that may arise during production. Responsibilities

• Produce and manage copies for various business documents.
• Troubleshoot minor operational issues with Xerox machines.
• Check and refill supplies to keep printing operations running smoothly.
• Categorise and file printed materials appropriately.
• Conduct periodic equipment quality checks.
• Maintain up-to-date records of maintenance and service requests.
• Coordinate with the Operations team to optimise printing workflows.
• Implement safety measures while operating heavy machinery.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss workflow improvements.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in a high-volume printing environment is advantageous
