In this pivotal role as a Fiber Designer, you will spearhead the design and development of fiber optic networks tailored to client specifications. A strong technical background in fiber optic network design and a knack for problem-solving are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of fiber optic network infrastructure.
• Work with cross-functional teams for successful project delivery.
• Perform thorough site assessments and analyses.
• Assist in the development of cost-effective project strategies.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards throughout design and implementation.
• Deliver technical training and support to internal teams and clients.
• Document all designs and modifications to network infrastructure.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in related engineering or technology field
• Master's degree in Telecommunications is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in fiber optic network development
