Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Subassemblies Wirer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling and wiring various subassemblies used in our products. This role requires attention to detail, proficiency in electrical wiring, and a commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Assemble complex electrical subassemblies based on schematics and instructions.
• Perform detailed inspections and quality assurance checks.
• Document the assembly process and any issues encountered.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations.
• Identify and initiate improvements in the assembly process.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations within the work environment.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
• Provide exceptional attention to detail during all assembly tasks.
• Support the team in achieving production targets and deadlines.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate IV in Electronics preferred
• Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering is a plus

Experience

• Proven experience in a similar role for at least 2 years.

Languages

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Electronics Design: Understanding of electronics design principles is advantageous.
