Job Description

The Lines Tender is vital for ensuring the production lines run smoothly and efficiently. This involves overseeing machinery setup, operating equipment, maintaining standards, and ensuring quality control on the production floor.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production line equipment.
• Execute maintenance on machinery as necessary.
• Collect and analyze data to ensure quality assurance.
• Develop and manage production timelines.
• Conduct regular safety audits and enforce compliance.
• Assist in training new production staff.
• Collaborate with engineering to innovate equipment use.
• Help create and refine production processes.
• Maintain an organized and safe work environment.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate IV or similar qualification in Manufacturing
• Additional safety certifications are a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years experience in production management roles preferred.

Technical Skills

Certifications
