Job Description

As a Hand Inserter Operator, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate insertion of printed materials into envelopes. You will ensure quality control procedures are adhered to and play a crucial role in the production process within our thriving marketing agency.

Responsibilities

• Set up hand insertion machines for operation of printed materials.
• Load and unload materials efficiently.
• Monitor machines for proper operation and quality assurance.
• Conduct quality control checks on finished products.
• Assist with other production tasks as needed to achieve targets.
• Provide feedback to management on production issues and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols during operations.
• Maintain records of production batches and quality checks.
• Assist in training new hires on machinery operations.
• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet goals.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred

Technical Skills

• Quality control skills
• Machine operation experience

Soft Skills

• Strong work ethic
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience operating other printing and publishing equipment: Hands-on experience with various printing machinery.
