Job Description

We are searching for a skilled Forging Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating machinery to produce metal and plastic spikes according to high-quality standards. You will work closely with our engineering team to ensure precision and quality in every product.

Responsibilities

• Construct spikes based on design specifications and quality standards.
• Operate various machinery used in spike production.
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Work collaboratively with engineering teams to resolve production issues.
• Keep records of production output and machinery maintenance.
• Participate in safety training and uphold workplace safety protocols.
• Assist in quality control and suggest improvements for production processes.
• Help train new team members and share best practices.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss production progress.
• Continuously enhance understanding of spike-making tools and techniques.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in a precision manufacturing environment is advantageous.

• English: Fluent
