Job Description

Join our team as a Supply Room Clerk, where you’ll play a vital role in managing stock inventory. Your expertise will help streamline our supply processes, ensuring that all items are accounted for and readily accessible for various departments.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and track stock movement.
  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming supplies and equipment.
  • Organize and maintain the supply room in a clean and orderly manner.
  • Initiate replenishment of stock levels as necessary.
  • Prepare and pack items for shipment or delivery.
  • Assist in conducting regular stock audits and reconciliations.
  • Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding inventory matters.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Certificate in Supply Chain Management or related field is a plus
Experience
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred
