UX/UI Designer

Job Description

We're on the hunt for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our Adelaide team. In this role, you'll work closely with product managers and developers to create intuitive and engaging interfaces that provide an exceptional user experience. Your design solutions will shape the way users interact with our products and services.

Responsibilities

• Lead user testing sessions and analyse results to drive design improvements.
• Ensure accessibility best practices are integrated into designs.
• Create style guides and design systems for consistent implementation.
• Work closely with product managers to align designs with business objectives.
• Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Design or relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a tech environment

Technical Skills

• Interaction Design
• Design systems and branding

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in designing for mobile applications: Knowledge and experience in mobile UI/UX design principles.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS: Understanding of front-end technologies for better collaboration with developers.
