Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Hairspring Vibrator to join our team and contribute to the manufacture and repair of high-quality mechanical watches. As a Hairspring Vibrator, you will be responsible for testing and adjusting the hairspring, a crucial component of a watch movement, to ensure its accuracy and stability.

Responsibilities

• Execute meticulous testing procedures for hairsprings.
• Document quality control processes and adjustments for future reference.
• Support the overall watchmaking process by providing insights into movement functionality.
• Train junior staff members on proper testing techniques and equipment handling.
• Enhance the workshop's operational efficiency through proactive maintenance of tools.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in horology or equivalent experience

Experience

• 5 years of experience in watchmaking with specific focus on hairsprings

Technical Skills

• Excellent hand-eye coordination
• Knowledge of Swiss watchmaking standards

Soft Skills

• Effective communication
• Ability to work independently

Languages

• French: Conversational
• English: Fluent

• Proficiency in using CAD software for watch design: Skills in computer-aided design tools relevant to watchmaking.
