We are on the lookout for a talented Bowl Turner to join our dynamic woodworking team. The successful candidate will be responsible for turning wooden bowls using various woodworking tools and techniques. Attention to detail and a passion for crafting beautiful, functional pieces are essential.

Responsibilities

• Expertly turn and shape wooden bowls, taking into account wood grain and properties.
• Select appropriate wood types and finishes for each project.
• Follow safety protocols to minimize risks while using machinery.
• Provide feedback on equipment and supply needs.
• Work alongside other artisans to enhance product offerings.
• Mentor new employees on woodworking practices.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required
• Specific training in woodworking desirable

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year experience in woodworking

• Lathe Operation

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
