Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you'll be instrumental in providing top-notch technical support to our Gold Coast clients. Your day-to-day tasks include diagnosing hardware and software issues, managing help desk tickets, and collaborating with team members to enhance service delivery. We're looking for someone who is passionate about technology and enjoys solving problems.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for IT support inquiries.
  • Monitor and manage the help desk ticketing system.
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance for various IT issues.
  • Assist with the setup and configuration of new hardware and software.
  • Ensure client issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge and understanding.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing and upcoming projects.
  • Assist with the maintenance of the IT infrastructure.
  • Provide feedback for improving IT service processes.
  • Help implement company-wide IT policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Certificate IV in Information Technology or IT Support
  • Additional certifications are a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT support roles
