We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Consultant to join our team in Perth. In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with assessing and fortifying our cybersecurity measures, ensuring that our clients' data remains secure against the ever-evolving threat landscape. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of cybersecurity protocols, frameworks, and best practices, along with the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead security audits and assessments to identify and mitigate risks.
• Research and evaluate new cybersecurity tools and solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to promote security awareness.
• Draft and review security policies and procedures.
• Monitor compliance with cybersecurity regulations and standards.
• Provide technical guidance in security-related projects.
• Collaborate with external partners for several security initiatives.
• Document security incidents and response actions comprehensively.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or relevant discipline
• Master's degree in Cybersecurity is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years in cybersecurity consulting or related experience
