Job Description

We are looking for a committed Veterinary Surgeon to join our caring team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality veterinary care to a range of animals, ensuring their health and well-being through effective diagnosis, treatment, and preventative care. Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough physical examinations on pets and diagnose their health issues.
  • Perform necessary surgical procedures with precision and care.
  • Maintain a high standard of hygiene in the veterinary practice.
  • Guide and educate pet owners about proper care and urgent health signs.
  • Advise on vaccination and prevention strategies for pets.
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to enhance veterinary services.
  • Participate in community outreach and educational programs.
  • Implement and advocate for animal welfare policies within the practice.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Veterinary Medicine from an accredited university
  • Additional qualifications in animal behavior or specialized fields preferred
Experience
  • At least 5 years of veterinary experience with a focus on small animal practice

Certifications
  • Certified Veterinary Medical Director (CVMD)
