Job Description

The Hatter will be responsible for the design, creation, and repair of a wide range of headwear for clients across various industries. This role demands creativity, precision, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative headwear designs that cater to current fashion trends.
• Perform high-quality craftsmanship in hat making.
• Engage directly with clients to understand their needs.
• Train new team members on techniques and standards.
• Assist in marketing efforts by showcasing trends and products.
• Participate in team brainstorming sessions for design concepts.
• Ensure all operational practices meet health and safety standards.
• Document production processes for future reference.
• Solicit client feedback and implement improvements as necessary.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• HSC (Higher School Certificate) or equivalent
• Art and Design degree preferred

Experience

• Experience with a range of materials, including leather, fur, and synthetic materials.

Technical Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
