Mangle Feeder

Job Description

As a Mangle Feeder, you'll be critical to our operations, managing the feeding and processing of materials through our state-of-the-art mangle machines. This role is perfect for candidates who enjoy working in a hands-on environment and who are committed to maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently feed textiles into the mangle machines for ironing and finishing processes.
• Monitor and adjust machine settings for different material types.
• Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of mangle and surrounding areas.
• Conduct quality checks on textiles before and after processing.
• Follow and promote safety practices within the production area.
• Report any machine malfunctions to the supervisor immediately.
• Support the team in achieving production goals and high-quality standards.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in textile manufacturing technology is a plus

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in textile manufacturing or similar roles

Technical Skills

• Mechanical knowledge
• Quality control

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of safety and quality standards: Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices.
