Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Milling Machine Operator to join our team. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining milling machines to produce precision parts and components according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in machining processes and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines for milling processes.
• Calibrate and fine-tune machinery for optimal performance.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on parts produced.
• Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues during operation.
• Train junior operators on machine operation and safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of production metrics.
• Implement continuous improvement strategies within the production process.
• Participate in safety audits and contribute to a safe work environment.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a relevant vocational training program or apprenticeship

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating milling machines in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
