Job Description

We are searching for an engaging Corporate Trainer to deliver effective training programs to our employees in Canberra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design and a passion for helping others grow. You will create and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and e-learning modules. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing the overall performance and productivity of our workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute comprehensive training programmes for new hires and existing employees.
  • Evaluate training needs through performance reviews and consultations.
  • Lead training sessions, ensuring content is relevant and engaging.
  • Utilise various instructional methods to suit diverse learning styles.
  • Collaborate with HR to align training with employee career development plans.
  • Provide ongoing support and resources for learners post-training.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Adult Education or Human Resources is preferred
  • Certification in Learning Management Systems (LMS) is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate training or instructional design
