Job Description
Join us as a Juvenile Officer where you will work directly with at-risk youth and their families. Your efforts will focus on promoting rehabilitation, delivering support, and liaising with courts and social services to ensure comprehensive care.
Responsibilities
Provide crisis intervention as needed to young people and their families.
Stay updated on trends and best practices in juvenile justice and social work.
Foster a supportive network by integrating youth with community resources.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements regarding youth protection.
Measure program outcomes and suggest improvements for effectiveness.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Social Work or Psychology is preferred
Experience
Experience working with young people and/or in the justice system is an advantage
