Job Description

As a Launchman, you will spearhead the planning and execution of product launches, collaborating closely with marketing and project teams. Your role is crucial to ensure all aspects of the launch are managed efficiently, meeting both timelines and budget constraints.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute product launches from start to finish.
  • Manage the launch budget, ensuring all expenses are accounted for.
  • Provide leadership to the launch team, driving accountability and performance.
  • Document processes and procedures to enhance the effectiveness of future launches.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
  • Evaluate competitor launches to refine our strategies.
  • Create presentations for internal stakeholders to report on launch outcomes.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in product launch coordination preferred.
