Job Description

We need an experienced Back Tufter to join our manufacturing crew. In this role, you'll be responsible for tufting and assembling products, ensuring they meet our exceptional quality benchmarks. Your craftsmanship will contribute significantly to our team's success.

Responsibilities

• Operate tufting machines to produce quality textile products.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance, making necessary adjustments.
• Support production goals by adhering to timelines and specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of production output.
• Collaborate with the design team to align on product specifications.
• React swiftly to production challenges and implement solutions effectively.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production efficiency and improvements.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Trade certificate or apprenticeship in upholstery (preferred)

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in tufting and upholstery manufacturing

Technical Skills

• Attention to detail

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
