Production Worker - Automatic Pattern Edger

Job Description

Join us as a Production Worker focused on automatic pattern edging in the textile sector. You will play a key role in our production team, responsible for setting up cutting patterns, inspecting equipment, and maintaining quality control throughout the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

• Operate automatic pattern edging machinery efficiently.
• Conduct regular inspections of the machinery to ensure proper functioning.
• Prepare and adjust cutting patterns as per job specifications.
• Maintain quality control checks throughout the production line.
• Document and report any discrepancies or safety concerns immediately.
• Ensure that materials are available for seamless production.
• Assist with performance improvement initiatives within the production team.
• Support the Production Manager in meeting deadlines and productivity targets.
• Comply with workplace health and safety regulations.
• Exhibit flexibility to adapt to changing production needs.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical diploma or certification in related field preferred

Experience

• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous.

Advantageous

• Experience in Textile Manufacturing: Previous experience in a textile or similar manufacturing environment is highly regarded.
