Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Computer Numerically Controlled Tool Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be involved in operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision metal components while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Run CNC machines to produce high-precision metal components according to project specifications.
• Prepare CNC machines by setting up tools and fixtures required for production.
• Review and interpret CAD models to facilitate accurate programming for CNC operations.
• Ensure quality control by measuring components with precision instruments.
• Assist engineers in the development of machining methods to enhance production capabilities.
• Train junior operators on machine operation and safety practices to promote a safe working environment.
• Participate in team meetings to provide input on process optimization and machine performance.
• Document and report any machine malfunctions or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel.

Requirements

Education

• Trade Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Metal CNC Operator or similar role

Languages

• English: Fluent
