We are seeking skilled Molding, Coremaking, and Casting Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders. The ideal candidate will excel in operating molding machinery and ensuring the quality of products.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup and calibration of machinery for production runs.
• Evaluate production outputs and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to facilitate production goals.
• Support the development of training materials for new machinery.
• Engage in problem-solving to optimize operational capabilities.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in Manufacturing Technology is an asset

Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment
