Job Description

We are looking to add an experienced Outdoor Power Equipment Mechanic to our skilled team. Your role will involve maintaining and repairing a variety of small engine equipment while ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostics and resolve mechanical problems on a variety of small engine equipment.
• Educate customers on equipment maintenance and operation.
• Maintain stock levels of parts and materials.
• Perform tests on repaired equipment to ensure functionality.
• Assist in training new staff in repair techniques.
• Collaborate with the service team to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to safety and environmental standards during repairs.

Requirements

Education

• Technical training in small engine repair is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with small engine repairs

Technical Skills

• Ability to use digital diagnostic tools
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulations
