Job Description

As a Gambling Cage Worker, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth, efficient, and secure operation of the casino's finance and gaming operations. You will interact with guests, assist with their queries, and handle cash and chips while maintaining compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate chip and cash handling equipment accurately and effectively.
• Assist high-value guests in their transactions.
• Resolve customer concerns and inquiries promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of cash and gaming transactions.
• Participate in casino training and development programs.
• Promote a fun, friendly, and inclusive casino environment.
• Engage in promoting casino events and programs to guests.
• Work collaboratively with security teams to uphold gaming regulations.
• Assist management in developing new gaming strategies.
• Support the gambling cage manager in daily operations and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Tertiary qualification in hospitality or business is preferred

Experience

• Experience in dealing with blackjack, poker, and roulette highly desirable.

Technical Skills

• Point of Sale Systems

Certifications

• Current Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG) certificate

Languages
