Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and develop nursing care plans.
• Administer medications and manage intravenous lines.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families about health management and disease prevention.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide urgent care when necessary.
• Monitor and record vital signs and patient condition.
• Participate in staff training and professional development activities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Registered Nurse (RN) license in Victoria

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.

Certifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR): Ability to efficiently use EMR systems for documentation.
