Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Machine Feeders and Offbearers to operate heavy machinery for efficient transportation of materials at our mining sites in Sydney. Ideal candidates will ensure compliance with safety protocols and contribute to the successful execution of mining operations.

Responsibilities

• Execute tasks involving the operation of heavy equipment.
• Work closely with the Site Manager to ensure efficient work flow.
• Maintain machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Promote a culture of safety and employee well-being.
• Evaluate and assist in improving operational processes.

Requirements

Education

• Valid driver's license

Experience

• Experience with strip mining operations preferred.

Technical Skills

• Operational Safety Awareness

Soft Skills

• Problem Solving

Certifications

• First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Strip Mining Operations: Familiarity with strip mining techniques and processes.
• Safety Qualifications: Certification in first aid and other relevant safety qualifications.
