Job Description

At Fashion Hub Australia, we are seeking a talented and innovative Fashion Designer to bring fresh ideas and creativity to our collection. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of garment construction, fabric selection, and trend forecasting. You'll play a pivotal role in designing unique pieces that embody our brand's vision while appealing to our diverse clientele.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a seasonal collection and present concepts to the team.
  • Work closely with marketing to ensure our products are effectively promoted.
  • Select fabrics and materials suitable for each design.
  • Oversee fittings and prototypes, adapting designs as necessary.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to source materials and manage costs.
  • Keep detailed records of all designs and development processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in fashion design
