Choreographer

Job Description

We're seeking a Choreographer with a passion for dance and performance management. In this role, you will coordinate rehearsals, provide feedback to dancers, and ensure the safety and well-being of the entire crew during events.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee choreography rehearsals and performances.
• Develop and oversee production schedules and adhere to milestones.
• Contribute to the creative process of dance pieces, aligning artistic vision with execution.
• Engage in community outreach and educational activities related to dance.
• Foster an inclusive and supportive environment for all dancers.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in the industry.

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with lighting and sound equipment for performances: Understanding of technical aspects of performances and how to enhance them.
