Job Description

As a Nozzle and Sleeve Worker, you will be critical in maintaining, repairing, and producing high-quality metal nozzles and sleeves. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of metalworking techniques and exceptional attention to detail, ensuring precision in all tasks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of metal components.
• Utilize precision tools for cutting, grinding, and welding.
• Manufacture components that meet industry standards.
• Ensure all safety protocols are consistently followed.
• Document repairs and manufacturing processes accurately.
• Work with team members to enhance operational efficiency.
• Train junior staff on equipment operation and safety.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Respond to urgent requests for repairs efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade
• Completion of an apprenticeship in metalworking is preferred.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in metalworking or relevant field.
