Job Description

As a Personal Care Aide, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily living tasks. Your responsibilities will include assisting with personal hygiene, meal preparation, and providing emotional support. Responsibilities

• Help clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal hygiene.
• Encourage and assist with mobility and exercise programs.
• Document client activities and maintain care records.
• Coordinate with family members regarding client needs.
• Engage clients in social and recreational activities.
• Assist with medication management and reminders.
• Maintain a safe and hygienic environment for clients.
• Participate in training and development sessions.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate IV in Ageing Support is advantageous

Experience

• Experience working with elderly or disabled clients is preferred.

Certifications

• Current First Aid and CPR certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
