Job Description

As a Building Drafter, you'll be responsible for developing detailed drawings and plans for various construction projects. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver designs that meet both client needs and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop plans and specifications for construction projects using CAD software.
• Review project requirements with clients and stakeholders.
• Assist project managers in tracking project timelines and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Maintain organized files to keep track of all revisions and changes.
• Utilize technology to create 3D models and simulate project outcomes.
• Ensure all drawings are completed accurately and delivered on time.
• Document all materials and standards of construction adopted in projects.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry standards and software advancements.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to improve design processes.

Advantageous

• Experience with 3D modeling and rendering techniques: Hands-on experience producing 3D models for presentation.
