Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Plastic Sewer to join our production team. The successful candidate will create plastic garments and products using advanced sewing techniques. You will work with a variety of materials and designs, ensuring high-quality outputs while maintaining efficient production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Operate various sewing machines and equipment in the production process.
• Conduct regular maintenance of sewing machines to prevent downtime.
• Work collaboratively to achieve production goals while ensuring quality standards.
• Adapt to different patterns and specifications as required by changing projects.
• Implement changes based on feedback from quality control.
• Assist in inventory management of materials needed for production.
• Participate in health and safety training and adhere to guidelines.
• Document production processes and report any issues to management.
• Contribute to a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Engage in skills development workshops to enhance sewing techniques.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Advanced diploma in textile technology is advantageous

Experience

• 3-4 years of experience in plastic sewing or related field

• Sewing machine maintenance

Certifications

Languages
