Job Description

As a Boiler Riveter at Manufacturing Solutions Inc., you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the structural integrity of our products. This position requires you to meticulously rivet metal plates to boilers using both manual and automated tools, ensuring that every connection is strong and secure.

Responsibilities

• Interpret design specifications and determine rivet requirements.
• Employ both automated and manual tools for efficient riveting.
• Conduct quality checks on riveted connections for safety compliance.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Conduct regular maintenance of tools and machinery.
• Engage in training sessions to stay updated on manufacturing practices.
• Contribute suggestions for process improvements.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to meet deadlines.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Document all work processes accurately.

Requirements

Education

• Trade qualification in Welding or Metal Fabrication.
• Relevant certifications in safety protocols are advantageous.

Experience

• Experience with CAD software and tools is a plus.
