Job Description

As a Materials Control Associate at Logistics Leaders Ltd., your primary role will involve overseeing the management and control of materials within our organization. You will monitor inventory levels and ensure that materials are readily available for production needs. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will be critical in maintaining accurate records and coordinating with different teams to optimize supply chain efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate documentation of all material movements.
  • Monitor storage conditions to prevent damage or deterioration of materials.
  • Support the development of standard operating procedures for materials handling.
  • Assist in preparing for external audits related to inventory and materials control.
  • Work closely with the finance department to manage budgets related to materials procurement.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on inventory management best practices.
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements to inventory management software and tools.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Certifications in Supply Chain Management or Inventory Control are preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years' experience in inventory management or warehouse operations.
