We're on the hunt for a Quality Assurance Tester to ensure our software systems meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. As a member of our team in Hobart, you'll play a key role in identifying bugs and improving our software products through rigorous testing.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough testing on new features before release.
• Document and communicate testing progress to stakeholders.
• Research and suggest tools and methodologies to improve testing efficiency.
• Mentor junior QA staff and interns as needed.
• Stay updated on the latest quality assurance trends and technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance

• Automated Testing Frameworks

Certifications

• Certified Software Quality Analyst
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
