Foot Press Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Foot Press Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will operate foot press machines, ensuring high-quality production of footwear components while adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate foot press machinery according to specifications.
• Adjust machine settings to optimize production and quality.
• Conduct quality checks on products during the manufacturing process.
• Keep detailed logs of production outputs and machine performance.
• Assist fellow operators in troubleshooting machine issues.
• Ensure waste minimization through efficient production practices.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Manufacturing or similar is a plus

Experience

• Experience in a manufacturing or textiles environment advantageous

Technical Skills

• Ability to read technical drawings
• Quality control processes

Soft Skills

• Team collaboration
• Time management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Ability to perform basic maintenance: Skills in troubleshooting and maintaining machinery.
• Experience with production output monitoring: Ability to track and document production metrics.
