Job Description

The Station Manager will oversee the efficient operation of our transport station, ensuring high levels of customer service and effective staff management. Ideal candidates will have a knack for improving operational processes and fostering a positive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and manage station efficiency.
  • Lead regular team meetings to address staff concerns and improve operations.
  • Implement cost-saving measures while maintaining high service quality.
  • Promote safety standards through training and drills.
  • Facilitate communication between staff and upper management.
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement changes as needed.
  • Assist in marketing efforts to promote the station services.
  • Analyse operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of previous experience in a supervisory role within transport management
