Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team in Geelong. The ideal candidate will possess strong design and project management experience within the civil engineering field. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing a variety of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine engineering plans and designs.
• Conduct environmental and safety impact assessments.
• Work closely with contractors during the construction phase to ensure compliance.
• Utilize CAD software for design and modifications.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of engineering trends and technologies.
• Report project progress to management and stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops and information sessions with teams.
• Assist with cost estimation and project facilitation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 6+ years of experience in civil engineering with project leadership.

• Building Codes

Certifications

• Licensure as a Professional Engineer (PE)
• Construction Safety Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
