Civil Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team in Geelong. The ideal candidate will possess strong design and project management experience within the civil engineering field. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing a variety of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement civil engineering projects in compliance with regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure work is performed according to design standards.
• Collaborate with architects and other engineers to deliver project specifications.
• Prepare project budgets, forecasts, and reports.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure their project requirements are met.
• Review and approve designs and engineering drawings.
• Monitor and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in the preparation of grant and funding proposals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 6+ years of experience in civil engineering with project leadership.

• Licensure as a Professional Engineer (PE)
