Job Description

The Heat Treating Equipment Setter will be responsible for loading and unloading materials into and from furnaces. This physically demanding role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Operate heat treating equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Ensure that all materials are correctly prepared and handled.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.
• Report any malfunctions or issues with equipment immediately.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance operational skills.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
