Job Description

As a Switchboard Operator, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, showcasing your hospitality and multitasking skills. This role requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to managing front desk operations, ensuring that inquiries are handled promptly and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first line of contact for all visitors and queries.
  • Manage telephone systems and answer calls efficiently.
  • Organize and maintain a paperless filing system for ease of access.
  • Assist in travel arrangements and bookings for staff.
  • Monitor the front desk for any customer service needs.
  • Provide basic support for IT-related inquiries.
  • Documents must be accurate and promptly handled.
  • Support the marketing team with administrative tasks when needed.
  • Maintain a schedule of appointments and team meetings.
  • Engage in continuous improvement to enhance customer services.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification in office administration or similar is a plus
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role
