Job Description

As a Correspondence Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing and responding to client communications. You will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism while ensuring all correspondence is handled efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information.

Responsibilities

  • Assess incoming communications and prioritize responses appropriately.
  • Draft and dispatch professional correspondence while ensuring clarity.
  • Work with internal departments to resolve complex client inquiries.
  • Ensure records are updated and maintained accurately.
  • Develop strategies for improving client communication processes.
  • Conduct follow-ups as necessary to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss correspondence strategies.
  • Track trends in client communications to identify potential issues.
  • Provide insights on improving overall client experience.
  • Adhere to data protection regulations in handling client information.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Relevant certifications in customer service or communication are a plus
