Job Description

We are looking for a Telephone Messenger to efficiently manage incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring precise message delivery alongside top-tier customer service. You'll be the go-to person for communication, juggling multiple calls with finesse. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a knack for multitasking, whilst maintaining professionalism in all interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage incoming calls efficiently while recording all messages.
  • Deliver messages accurately and in a timely manner to the appropriate recipients.
  • Initiate outgoing calls as needed for customer follow-ups and information relay.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions with callers.
  • Simultaneously juggle multiple calls while ensuring each is handled effectively.
  • Use scripts and guidelines to ensure all customers receive consistent service.
  • Keep a log of calls and messages taken for reference.
  • Work with team members to address any customer issues that arise.
  • Protect sensitive information and maintain compliance with confidentiality standards.
  • Follow company protocols consistently in all tasks.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Certification in Customer Service or Telecommunications is an advantage
Experience
  • Prior experience in a call center or related field is highly regarded
