Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager at Customer Care Solutions, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers achieve their desired outcomes while using our services. Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master’s degree is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management
