Job Description

As a Segmental Wall Installer, you will be responsible for constructing segmental retaining walls according to specifications. This role involves operating heavy machinery, ensuring project quality, and collaborating closely with our team.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints to plan construction layouts.
• Utilize power tools and heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with other trades and contractors on site.
• Implement safety practices to minimise workplace accidents.
• Provide feedback on material quality and project timelines.
• Maintain equipment and report any malfunctions promptly.
• Document daily activities and progress in the project log.
• Assist in project planning and scheduling as required.
• Actively participate in training and safety workshops.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Construction or relevant trade qualification
• White Card required

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years experience in construction, preferably with retaining walls.

Certifications

• Current excavator or machinery operator licenses (desirable)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
