We are seeking an experienced Environmental Engineer to join our innovative team in Mackay. The successful candidate will play a vital role in developing sustainable solutions to address environmental challenges, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, and promoting ecological integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental assessments, including risk analyses and impact studies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure sustainable project outcomes.
• Prepare and present reports to clients and regulatory bodies.
• Implement and monitor environmental management systems across projects.
• Conduct field investigations and data collection.
• Review and evaluate environmental policies and regulations.
• Facilitate training on environmental compliance and sustainability practices.
• Engage with the local community to address environmental concerns.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field
• Master's degree in Environmental Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in environmental project management
